Convaincu que la DGC peut conjuguer efficacit\u00e9 et humanit\u00e9, Valentin, demande \u00e0 Maylis un accompagnement en mode coaching. Ensemble, ils avancent pas \u00e0 pas : clarification des r\u00f4les, \u00e9quilibre entre op\u00e9rationnel et humain. Une formation sur mesure est construite pour soixante personnes, alternant pl\u00e9ni\u00e8res et travaux en sousgroupes \u00e0 partir de situations r\u00e9elles. L\u2019\u00e9quipe souhaite d\u00e9sormais consolider ces pratiques en les syst\u00e9matisant avec l\u2019appui de sa hi\u00e9rarchie.
