Ce peut \u00eatre une formation<\/strong>, auquel cas je monte un programme de formation et nous \u00e9tablissons une convention. Elle peut \u00eatre courte (2 jours), ou plus longue, en une ou plusieurs fois, bref, on adapte aux enjeux et besoins, et aux possibles aussi.

Ce peut \u00eatre un accompagnement<\/b>, coaching d\u2019\u00e9quipe<\/b> ou individuel<\/b>. Dans un accompagnement, on acqui\u00e8re des comp\u00e9tences bien s\u00fbr, on apprend beaucoup. Mais le format est un peu diff\u00e9rent de celui de la formation.\u00a0<\/p>

L\u00e0 aussi nous nous rencontrons d\u2019abord, et puis nous identifions vos enjeux<\/b>, la raison de votre demande d\u2019accompagnement, vos besoins <\/b>et demandes<\/b>, et puis on se met d\u2019accord sur un chemin (des processus, une fa\u00e7on de fonctionner ensemble), une arriv\u00e9e (des \u00e9lans \u00e0 creuser, des objectifs \u00e0 viser), et un temps pour cheminer ensemble.\u00a0<\/p>

A peu pr\u00e8s tout est possible<\/b>, tant qu\u2019on s\u2019est mis au clair et qu\u2019on est d\u2019accord. En visio ou en pr\u00e9sentiel, en marchant ou assis dans un bureau<\/b>, dans un caf\u00e9<\/b>, un parc<\/b>, mon espace de travail,<\/b> votre entreprise<\/b>.
